whirlwind, football watchin’, weekend!

A visit from the cousins, watching Brayden play football.

The football players this weekend!

Brayden playing in the rain…….didn’t phase him a bit, still played strong!

Reese,Corvan,Luke, and Jordan true fans with suckers in mouth!

Sister and me

Watching Brayden play, “GOOOOOO POOOOOKKKKKK!!!!”

Some of Kole’s biggest fans, waiting for Kole to come off the field to congratulate him. Lashae, Layton, Sydney, Charsie, and Brayden.
Luke, he has a huge job as ‘waterboy’ for the CC team. He is the best at his job, he keeps those boys well hydrated.
Nephew Kole, look at that handsome face!

A whirlwind, always a good time, Sis Jenay and family here visiting. I love having this house full of eating, sleeping, playing together with the cousins. I CAN’T GET ENOUGH!!!We first met the Brewer’s in Washougal, WA to watch Nephew Kole play football. Kole is Crook County’s quarterback, they won!!! It did take me back into time a little bit…there were times when we were yelling, “WE ARE CC, we are CC, we are CC,” I was thinking, “where is my cheerleading uniform?” Yah, yah….move on right?
We drove home (thank goodness for Charsie’s long windedness that I was able to stay awake on the drive home) and fast to sleep by 1:30 AM, to dragging myself right out of bed at 5:30 so that Jenay and I could go on a run around Capitol Lake. It is a 6 1/2 mile loop that we did.We loved it. She always encourages me and tells me I get stronger and stronger.
Into the salon we went, for some fun doing hair. Our ‘adopted’ sweet Sydney had me do her hair and eyebrows too. Let’s just say, it was an adventure, and now she has something to look forward to in the next couple of days!
We got ready and off to watch Brayden play football! Rainier smashed them with a WIN, it was fun to have family here to watch Brayden do his thing on that field. Then we ate and sent them on their way home. Always fun, always a whirlwind, loved every minute of it!

Gina - WHY am I not the “other sister”? I totally should be!! I would fit right in. You may be a little bit country and I am a little rock n’ roll but it worked for Donny & Marie!
I LOVE seeing all the family pictures and reading the sister comments… Shauna, that comment cracked me up. I am photoshopping myself in too!
Looks like you all had fun. I can get over my jealousy enough to say that I am glad you had such a great weekend!!
I MISS YOU!!

Casey Martinez - Sounds like a wonderful time with family!! 6.5 miles…oh my goodness that is a big run. Are you prepping for a marathon? That is so impressive and on so little sleep. How do you do it? Honestly, there is nothing I enjoy more in life..aside from jesus of course, more than family time. It’s the best! Cute pictures of all the kids at the game!

Lindsey - Cute pics! Wow that rain looked so cold and dreary….football players amaze me that they can continue so strong even in adverse weather conditions, love it!

Rosemi - Marlece, I left you a reply at my blog under your comment. You seemed troubled in spirit, but maybe I am mistaken?

God bless!

PS: You don’t have to post this!
