I can do it!

Layton racing today!

I don’t know why I like this picture, but I do. First of all, Jim is running (ha!) but look at my babes behind him, isn’t that cute? Jim needed a part for Layton’s bike before he hit the track, hurry, hurry………

Getting ready to go out! Layton trophied today. It was a little boost of confidence.

Corvan on those tippy toes!

Corvan finished in the finals as the 8 years and under at 56 lbs, 4th on the podium. It was an exciting year for Corvan! He made it to the finals!

A few tears and Coach Brew consoling him after a match. It was a precious moment…….
Got beat up a little, a bandaid (green at that) and a little lovin’ from Daddy always makes a baby feel better!
We liked seeing this!
We bought Corvan a sweatshirt at the finals. We wouldn’t get him anything until the end of the year and he was so excited. He has his name on the back as a finalist too!

What a weekend! I think I held my breath more than I let out this weekend. It was from one big event to another. This family had a blast cheering one another on.

It’s times like these that you can look at your world and say, “I can do it!”

Karen and Gerard - I think that would be so much fun to have kids involved in things and go cheer them on as a family. Congrats to both your sons!

Brenda - Ok, what does it mean if I even held my breath just looking at the pictures, then exhaled only at the end?!? I remember lots of motorcross as a kid, watching my dad, cousin and friends race. I can remember the smells of 2-stroke engines, Fritos and rootbeer all mixed together like it was yesterday! Then in high school I was a wrestling “cheerleader” (I always opted to record scores and avoided the cheers). LOVED to watch wrestling. Your boys should feel proud, just like their Momma!
