birthdays for Momma and baby!

We have been busy celebrating another year older my baby and me!

Jordan turned 6 years old. We had the family over for Jordan’s favorite food choices that entailed mashed potatoes first on the list, barbecued meat balls, and I made a Pioneer Woman grean bean casserole, (yum, yum!)and a spinach salad that I wanted, not Jordan, (smile) I made a brownie cake. Ohhhhhh was it good. It had a cookie dough on the bottom, crushed up Oreo’s in the middle and then dark chocolate brownie on the top. Ok, yes this was good with a dab of ice cream. Yuuu-ummmmm!

The following Friday I took the boys to a indoor water park. So, we had a great time celebrating Jordan.

I also had a birthday! It was a good day too. I worked with the horses a bit, went for a run, and then was surprised when Leanne came by with a dozen roses and a few other beautiful and fun things for me. Got lots of phone calls, texts and facebook messages on my wall. So sweet, I felt very special. I made some cupcakes and the boys decorated them up with some heavy frosting. They were good, and they were proud of them! Then, at the last minute went to a movie with Amy, it was so much fun and a perfect way to end my day!

Jordan and I are all birthdayed up for a year!
