Mother’s Day weekend

I know this is getting out there a little late AGAIN, having  a hard time staying on top of it all, it’s all good though!

Went to my hometown for the weekend with all my boys. This already makes a Momma happy right there.

Mom, Jenay, and I after Cowboy Church this beautiful morning. We took Mom out to dinner, the three of us, it was a good time.

The boys hung out with the cousins and ate french toast off the barbeque that Poppa was in charge of and then lots of shooting sage rats for the cousins.

Jim and Reese were hangin’ together, so dang cute. Reese so wanted to be a hunter, Reese was having a hard time being quiet so the little critters would come out from the rocks, Jim would show him the shhhhhhh sign and Jim said his whole body would go in to convulsions trying so hard to be quiet. Something ALWAYS needs to be moving don’t you know?

Um, I know this look on both sides, what do you think is going on here?

Esther, I told her to show me a little ‘attitude’, and yip, she did! Isn’t she just gorgeous?

Jim and the boys looking for them some sage rats!

And……this here is my cousin Hans who was rodeoing with his family and were spending  their off time with the parents. Must I say, I just love this cousin of mine. He is such a great dad to his kids, it was so great to catch up with him. Hans has always been a fav. I can’t wait until this fall when he is coming to see us.

Well, this pretty much sums up a pretty fantastic weekend. I’m a blessed girl, blessed Momma, and I hope in all of it I got to bless my Mom as well.

Brandee - I’m so glad your mother’s day was happy. Great photos of your day. I especially like the one of your sister and your boy at the fence.
