CANNOT get enough!

I went for a good long run this morning and lugged around my camera this morning because I had to capture the beauty that made my breath a little faster than even the run was causing.

I am not sure how anybody could question that there is a Creator, an artist, who sees beauty in all seasons. We do live in a colorful world and God created it!

I am in awe, and this morning I got to capture just a tiny piece of it.

On my run, I was thinking about how each season of my life has been traumatic to me, almost too much to bear and sometimes a welcoming, but no matter it always looks different.

This picture, I felt like God was giving me a sneak peak into something new and fresh. It was so calming yet different.

It says in His word, ‘ How can we honor our God with our lives, The God who give rain in both spring and autumn and maintains the rhythm of the seasons…….

…..who sets aside time and each year for harvest and keeps everything running smoothly for us?’

‘He changes the seasons guides history…..’

When things seem a bit out of control in our world these days, it’s a good reminder, He is still in control.

This verse today hung over me as I ran thru this beauty,

‘The minute I said, “I’m slipping, I’m falling,” your love, God, took hold and held me fast. When I was upset and beside myself, you calmed me down and cheered me up.

This, is how he chose to do that for me today.

Does this just bring joy to your bones? You know the saying, ‘take time to stop and smell the roses?’ This was that moment right here for me. I don’t want to pass by and not see the beauty……….

Breathtaking, really, breathtaking…..

I had running thru my head, by the end of this run,the ‘ole hymn

 “In the Garden” chorus………….

And he walks with me
And He talks with me,
And He tells me I am his own;
And the joy we share as we tarry there,
None other has ever known.

Have a good week, a reminder He is in charge, as we go thru new and different seasons.
